Terms & Conditions


  1. Pricing; The cost of our holiday club is clearly displayed on our site and websites/social media. Payment must be made before attendance to attend the club.
  2. Payments; All bookings are to be accompanied by a full payment before attendance. You can pay online, via BACS or Cash. Failure to make payment before attendance, unless agreed otherwise, will result in your space being cancelled.
  3. Booking Cancellations; If cancellation are made 7 days prior to attendance, you will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days will result in 50% refund.
  4. Booking Cancellations due to illness; If your child cannot attend due to illness, you can switch days where there is space or receive a club credit to use at a later date. Please try and give as much notice as possible for this where you are able to. If your child is ill when attending holiday club and do not seem well enough to remain at club, parents/carers will be contacted to come and collect your child. No child will be admitted if they are showing signs of being unwell or unfit to attend. Whilst we sympathise with parents/carers and the need for additional out of hours care, we must provide a safe environment for others attending.
  5. Late Fees; If your child is collected late from club, you will incur a late fee charge. £8 per 30 minute (or part of 30 minute) sessions. Late charges must be paid via debit/credit card on collection of your child.
  6. Policies & Procedures; All of our club policies, risk assessment and procedures can be sent to you on request.
  7. Liability; Your children are covered for insurance under the business public liability insurance.
  8. Ratios/Age Groups; We are compliant with staff ratios for children and their ages as per OFSTED guidance.
  9. Photography; Photos may be taken of your child during club. Please make sure to notify us if you do not wish for them to be online/social media. Photos WILL NOT be taken of your child without permission.
  10. Personal Belonging; Please ensure all personal belongings are labelled with names. MOBILE PHONES ARE NOT PERMITTED. We do not accept any liability for lost property but will endeavour to find any lost items where we can and return them accordingly.
  11. Medical Information; Please provide all medical information for your child.
  12. Data Protection; All data and information submitted remains protected and will not be shared from the club. IF for any reason we need to share your data, you will be notified. Your data is secure and safe following GDPR Regulations through the booking system and is only stored on here.
  13. Toilet Training; ALL children attending must be fully toilet trained. We CANNOT accept children in nappies or pull ups.
  14. Appropriate Clothing; Please send your child in appropriate clothing for club. If specific items are required, you will be notified.
  15. Food; Parents/Carers must send children to club with a packed lunch and a drink. Some snacks will be provided through the day and refills (water and cordial) are available at club for drinks to be refilled. Please make sure you notify us of any allergies.
  16. Health & Safety; All activities are risk assessed and the risk assessments can be shown on request. Parents will be notified of any serious injuries during club hours by phone. All accidents will be recorded. We accept no liability for injury.
  17. DBS Checks; All staff and volunteers have undergone necessary DBS checks.
  18. Complaints; We are committed to providing high quality holiday club care. Please bring any complaints directly to the holiday club manager (Natalie Chapman) via email, phone or in person.
